The salary and employment conditions for a nominated position for an RSMS visa application must be:

  • Equivalent to that of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident in a similar position and location
  • Commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience
  • Justified with evidence of research

Market salary research is generally required to justify the salary for most positions for an RSMS application.
