The Australian government Fair Work Ombudsman is the regulatory body responsible for protecting the welfare of employees and upholding workplace health and safety.

Fair Work has a range of information which will help temporary and permanent visa holders understand their minimum wages, work rights and obligations.

Pay and Conditions Tool (PACT)

The Pay and Conditions Tool (PACT) is a useful information tool created by Fair Work. The tool provides information on pay rates, shift calculations, leave arrangements and notice and redundancy entitlements.
