Visa Type: Subclass 457 (Temporary Work (Skilled)) visa - Nomination

Date Application Submitted: 15 August 2016
Date Nomination Approved: 6 October 2016

Work Visa Lawyers are exceptional in every way.  After having 2 other ‘professional’ visa firms fail to assist me secure an existing 457 visa holder as a new employee, I located Chris and his team.  I cannot speak highly enough of Chris, his team and the level of professionalism and expertise displayed from start to finish.  Where others had failed me completely Work Visa Lawyers succeeded.  I firmly believe the positive outcome was a direct result of them understanding the intricacies of Immigration and Visa applications fully in addition to having a passion for the people seeking their services – meaning you feel like Chris and his team are invested in your achieving your desired outcome.

By the time I met with Chris I had spent 1.5 years working with other firms and was incredibly frustrated with the complacency, genuine lack of focus on the end result and sense of being nothing more than a dollar figure.  For me securing this individual meant an enormous amount to my personal and professional future, so I was heavily invested.  From the initial meeting with Chris I could see he understood that and it mattered to him.  A little over 3 months after my initial meeting I have secured my new employee and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Anyone seeking genuine assistance and the best chance at succeeding with your application you cannot choose a better firm than Work Visa Lawyers.

Absolutely outstanding.

Visa Matter: 457 visa application - Additional criteria applicable to non-citizens who do not hold a substantive visa

Additional Information: The applicant applied for a new 457 visa while holding a 457 visa as a secondary applicant. While waiting for the new 457 visa to be approved, the prior 457 visa was cancelled. This then required the applicant to demonstrate factors beyond his control as well as compelling and compassionate reasons for his new 457 visa to be approved. The business sponsor contacted Work Visa Lawyers to handle the additional requirement for the visa to be approved.

Response date: 27 June 2016
Visa approved date: 29 July 2016

I contacted Work Visa Lawyers following a very disappointing experience in the handling of our immigration matters from a previous Agent / Consultancy firm. Due to the prior mishandling, my business and an employee’s Visa application was placed in sudden jeopardy.

Work Visa Lawyers responded to an urgent situation with incredible efficiency and professional capacity. Their consideration of the issues and strategic advice led to a successful application where they provided to the Department genuine compelling and compassionate reasons for a Visa to be granted. This has resulted in our business deservedly being able to employ a capable and experienced overseas worker who is critical to our continued growth.

It is with much gratitude from us all here we acknowledge Chris & Sean and Work Visa Lawyers team for their effort in our matter.

We can sincerely recommend their professional service without hesitation.

Dear Chris and Michelle
I am writing to thank you for all your help and support in helping us get our residency.
The professionalism with which you had handled the entire process is fantastic.
Moving from the UK was a big decision for us and more paperwork, more loops to jump through does stress you out specially when you are trying to find your feet in a new country. But from the very first interview I had with you, Chris, and the prompt email responses and support from Michelle is very much appreciated and am grateful for.
I thank you again on behalf of my family and myself and look forward to be in touch with you very soon when we get ready to have our citizenships.

Thanks again

The emotional and physical understanding that you posses is very, not even the most important aspect that helped us threw this bridging visa. Every session was helpful and made everything so much clearer. We felt recharged after stepping out of your office.

We discovered Work Visa Lawyers through a friend, and we cant recommend enough the professional service of this company and specially to Chris and Christine. Chris Johnston despite been a lawyer understands the emotional and human side when it comes to apply for a certain visa, not only he listened what we wanted to do but also propose what he professionally believed be the best on our young family. Christine also was of huge support when filling the application and she promptly answer the calls. That's another positive thought about this company...they always reply to your calls within hours. They are very punctual and reliable with estimative dates. We cannot let out the friendly customer service that Sumandeep always shows answering the calls. Thank you work visa lawyers team for all your service. We looking forward to do our PR application with you.

Re: 457 Visa process - three stages, Business Sponsorship, Nomination and Visa application

Occupation: Hairdresser
Email received on 7 August 2014

Dear Chris and Christine,

With this email I would like to thank you so much for the great work you have done to make our dreams come true. A bit more than a week has passed since I received the information that my visa got granted . We can not express in words how grateful we are for your professional service, commitment and support for our 457 visa process.

Before I contacted you I had consultation with another visa agent but I found them not very helpful. Because I had bad experience in past with my visa. Then I talked with my friend of mine and he recommended you as very good and professional. So I made an appointment for consultation with Chris and for the first time a visa agent showed me all my options, alternatives, gave me hope that I will be able to get a work visa and explained every step in detail which we will go through in the next months .From the first minute I felt that I am in very good hands and I could be sure that Chris and Christine and their great team will do everything to help me reach my personal aim (work visa).

We would like to appreciate your friendly approach like our emails and phone calls were answered promptly this is what made the whole immigration process run smoothly without complication.

We will be glad to recommend Work Visa Lawyers to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy immigration service.

Once again, a big thanks.

Kind Regards,
