Victoria graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2008 with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Politics. She is an admitted barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Prior to joining Work Visa Lawyers, Victoria spent 11 years practising law; first as a legal advisor on civil, criminal and family law matters, and then as an in-house commercial solicitor in the aviation and finance industries.  In 2020 Victoria completed a Graduate Certificate in Communications through Deakin University and she now manages the social media, blog and website for Work Visa Lawyers.

Victoria is a strong advocate for equality and she thrives on empowering people with knowledge, shared through Work Visa Lawyers’ blog and social media platforms.

When she is not researching and writing, Victoria co-runs an animal rescue charity and enjoys learning about other cultures, languages, and cuisines.

Victoria is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
