Visa Type: Partner (Provisional) (class UF) Partner (Provisional) (subclass 309) visa

Date of Visa Application: 30 August 2016
Date of Visa Grant: 17 January 2017

Dear Chris,

Sumalee, Aelwin and myself are absolutely delighted at receiving the Partner (Provisional) Visa subclass 309 for Sumalee and Aelwin. We received these visas’ in 5 months from application date which is an outstanding result given that the usual processing time frame is 6 -18 months. I believe this result was achieved by the first class preparation of our application by Michelle Petty-Sampson. Michelle made sure that every detail was attended to and provided every piece of documentation that the DIBP assessing officer would need ….. and indeed sent them more than they were asking for. Our application needed no further information to be supplied which is a big delaying factor in assessing applications. Chris Johnston with his vast experience made sure that our application was as strong as it could possibly be……. particularly as Sumalee and Aelwin were immigrating from Thailand rated a “high risk” country by DIBP for arranged marriages and visa overstays.

Without any hesitation we would recommend Work Visa Lawyers highly and cannot stress enough the value of using a skilled Migration Agent such as Chris Johnston and his team at Work Visa Lawyers.

Yours sincerely

Robert & Sumalee Rippin
