At the appointment, we will:
- Discuss your situation.
- Advise on your visa options and specific issues that may be relevant to your circumstances.
- Advise on appeals, if your application has been refused.
Following the appointment, we will:
- Send you a follow-up email summarising the advice on your visa or appeal options.
- Provide a fee estimate so you know what you are likely to spend if you proceed with a visa application, appeal or hourly rate representation.
Please note that we may identify the need for further specific research, especially in relation to appeals or complex matters. We would confirm your instruction to undertake further research, and hourly rate fees would apply.
Appointment Pricing
Standard pricing for appointments and consultations with our team
Cancellation and Administration Fees
- Cancellation fee: if you cancel an appointment within 48 hours before the appointment, we will charge a $100 cancellation fee.
- Administration fee: if you reschedule an appointment more than once, we charge a $100 administration fee.
Waitlist
We strongly recommend booking the next available appointment that fits your schedule. After booking, you are welcome to join the waitlist for the opportunity to be offered an earlier appointment if one becomes available.
Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier appointment. If you do not book the next available appointment, someone else is likely to book that appointment instead and you may wait longer.
Note: After your consultation, our team will prepare a detailed written follow-up. This is typically provided within one week, depending on the complexity of the matter.
